The colors are great, very accurate with image. It washed well and is pretty soft. It is fairly lightweight and will require extra blankets in the winter. I really liked the stitching as it appears in the original image and that is NOT what I received. Instead of the nice flowing pattern of stitching, it is simply straight lines. If my daughter had not loved it so much I probably would have returned it.
