This bed was easy to assemble for me, but I was not provided with assembly instructions, which could be frustrating for someone less versed than I. [...] My 16 month-old daughter loves this bed, but I would not recommed it for other children her age, as standard bed rails do not fit this bed, and there is a large gap between either the headboard and the mattress or the footboard and the mattress.
