Was told delivery on May 22 but surprisingly got it on May 16, 6 days early. Put it together and found two boards cracked. Called the company and after finding the productions number, they are sending two new boards. Great service. Would order from them again for sure. By the way my 3 1/2 old grandson Zach loves his new big boy bed. Thanks.

I purchased this bed for my ten year old. The bed arrived within the 5 to 10 day window. One piece was damaged upon arrival. I called and the broken piece was shipped in about 5 days. The bed is pretty sturdy. It took me about 4 to 5 hours to put together. Two parts did not have pre-drilled holes, but all in all the bed is nice and assembling it was okay. The directions are decent. I had to figure out a few steps. There is free chat available on line if you have problems with assembly, but I was able to figure everything on my own. My son loves his new bed.

I thought this product was easy to put together -My niece's husband is in the military and she needed something that was easy enough for her to put together by herself and was sturdy enough for her children to have for years to come. The way this bed and nightstand were designed is perfect for anyone to put together either by themself or with another person. The instructions were right on.
