The bed I love and looks so good put together.Had problems with the first bed i purchased was missing a part and just didn't want to go together like it was suppose too. Had to wait for longer for the part which wasn't just a few days. To make a long story short. They replaced the whole bed for me and didn't have to shipped anything back thank goodness. Was easy to put together but the getting the futon to work wasn't so easy and you should have two people to do this part.there is also a video that you can download if you call and tell them your having trouble with the futon i called because it was not going together like it should. All said and done I love the bed and so do the g-kids. It is a beautiful set

I received the bed in great condition. I started putting it together and things were actually going great. I couldn't figure out why the Futon part of the bed wasn't going in like it should. Come to find out I was missing one of the roller that was supose to be already installed. Was just glad it wasn't me. Called and they were more than willing to do whatever it took to get the part.So far i just have half of the bed finished. But i can tell I'm ready going to love this. This is for my g-kids to sleep on sit and text on or just watch tv. It is a very sturdy bed and i love the color. By the way i'm a almost 60 yr old g-mother and havn't had any trouble with putting it together except for the missing part. If I had have the piece missing i would have had the bed together in about 3 hrs.

I purchased this bunk bed for my 9 year old so him and his friends could sit on the futon on the bottom instead of sitting on his bed and messing up the sheets. The bed is made with wood and is very sturdy. It only took about 2 hours to put together. I love the dark chocolate.

This was very difficult to assemble-2 people 6 hours. It has several dings and scratches in the wood.
It looks great now in the spare room.

Bed is being used in my 15 year old daughter's room and looks very nice, as well as functional. The product matched my expectations that I saw on the website. This was the largest internet purchase I have made and it was a great one. This bed is all solid hardwood, no particle board and useds barrel bolts for great strength. Even the slats are hardwood plywood

Service and delivery comments:

The shipping was OK, it was free and you get what you pay for. I needed to call the 3rd party shipping company and inquire about when it was going to be delivered. All 5 packages showed up pretty banged up and some other them were ripped. However, they did a very good job with the packaging design, so there was only slight damage to the finish of a couple parts.
