I liked that I could add 2 stacks of drawers from a previous bed under this bed. The end ladder is totally out of the way.

We bought the bunkbed for our daughters bedroom. It was very easy to assemble and very nice looking however when our daughter who is six yrs old got on the top bunk one of the slats broke. The slats are not very sturdy under the matress. we had to support it with another board.We feel it could of been built alot better with stronger boards for the slats.Too flimsy.

Q1: What are the dimensions between the bottom bunk and the top bunk, the amount of head room with and without the trundle?
A: With the trundle, there are 28-5/8 inches from the top of the mattress to the underside of upper slats. Without the trundle, there are 40-1/4 inches from the top of the mattress to the underside of upper slats.
