Crafted entirely of super-durable solid hardwood, the bunk bed features clean, simple lines, flat moldings, and slatted and paneled headboards and footboards finished in a rich, warm chocolate brown. Mission-style slats and safety rails line the top bunk, and the included ladder is finished in a coordinating shade.
Opt to add under-bed storage drawers to make the most of the space under the bed. Two wide, side-by-side drawers slip under the bottom bunk to catch spare linens, toys, and clothing. Each drawer is fronted by dual wood knobs for smooth, easy operation. Choose the bunk bed only; the bunk bed and storage drawers; or the bunk bed, and two storage drawers
We take your family's safety seriously. That's why all of our bunk beds come with a bunkie board, slat pack, or metal grid support system. Some of the pieces had dent marks in it but I do like the color of the finish. I have only put the bottom bunk together and it only took me 1hr 20min by myself. I would have given more stars but the free mattresses are not even worth getting. They don't fit the bed right there is too much of a gap all around, so I have to purchase new mattresses before I will use these beds.

this bunk bed was much nicer that I thought it would be. It looks fantastic and fits perfectly into our sons room. I made sure I got the two storage drawers which are a great place for putting extra sheet sets, toys, etc. The only down side is that the mattresses are flimsy so you made need to get a better mattresses but I would definatley buy this bunk bed again.

Q1: Can this bunk bed be separated into two individual beds?
A: Yes, this bunk bed can be separated into two beds. In regards to setting up the beds as two separate pieces, you can choose to use a panel and a mission end piece on each bed, or you could place the pieces as shown in the photos with two panels on one bed and two mission end pieces on the other bed
