We ordered the twin over twin and they sent the full over full by mistake, however it was fixed over the phone within just a few minutes! The new one was on its way immediately. I will definitely recommend this product and company to other people in the future, in fact I already have. We are very happy customers!

I bought this bunk bed for two teenage boys after searching many different stores for bunks that were for adults. This was the only bunk bed I could find that was solid, would hold adults and had good reviews. This truly does live up to the reviews. It does not wobble around when they move on the bunks and it looks good and solid. Good price too. I would definitely recommend this item. Only complaint is the beds showed up without directions, but we were able to find them online. Easy to put together.

Beautiful bunk beds. We put two sets in a room for our grandsons and they love them. Sturdy enough for an adult to sleep on and an adult(5'7") can sit on bottom bunk without hitting their head.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery options not convenient. Delivery only available M-F, 8a-4:30p and someone had to be home. But company worked with us for pick-up from their location.
