This is a great bed. We ordered it for our son's fourth birthday. He loved it and so did our eight year old daughter. The quality is very good, even the tent is good quality. I was surprised, especially for the price. It fits in his small bedroom. The only complaint I have was the shipping. Although the shipping was free, the shipping is done through 2 other parties. We were given a date range and it was going to be almost a week after the latest proposed date that it would arrive. That was not good because it was a gift for a birthday. We ended up having to go pick it up at the local distribution center. The shipping company had difficulty finding my order. I made several phone calls and spent a lot of time on hold. Hayneedle was very helpful but the shipping companies were not. The bed is great but may need a different shipping company!
