Overall a good choice. Color may be slightly lighter than the picture but its not too far off. It arrived in 3 days with no damage. Assembly was simple with provided hardware and it was all there. No problems attaching to our queen bed frame.

The headboard attached well but jutted out several inches on each side of a double bed, so it's not really for a double bed. The wood had a smear/scratch in an area that could be seen, even if the headboard had fit. Even with these problems, we still had to pay return shipping.

Received this item 2 or 3 days after I ordered it. Luckily, it matches the wood of our chest of drawers and dresser. It gives the bedroom a nicer finished look than the no headboard scheme.
