I enjoy the bed very much & it looks great-very solid/sturdy. It took me approx. 2 hrs. for assembly of headboard & approx. 3 hrs. for bed assembly (all by myself-no helpers). I had to call the 800#, as it was not explained about the inside panels not matching (& why) & since they don't show after assembly-not an issue. It was explained that "white" panel is due to mfg. cost savings, so just make them both white & explain in instructions so buyer understands & does not have to call customer service thinking that there was error in parts. Other than that maybe make sure total length is indicated including headboard depth, since it wound up being longer that I expected, but I made it work in the room after some re-arranging of other furniture.
