I ordered and paid for the sleigh bed for my neice Gracie. The first bed came three weeks late (do to the storm which was completely understandable). It was terribly damaged. Hayneedle first told me to dispose of it, then changed their minds and wanted it back. They charged me for a second bed because they wouldnt send me a replacement without charging me and poor Gracie was sleeping on the floor because we took apart her crib to make room for the new bed. Hayneedle send me shippping labels which were wrong because FEDEX doesnt take furniture. Then we waited two more weeks for the new bed. Hayneedle refused to credit me for the full amount of the old bed because i used my hayneedle points for another purchase. It took 2 supervisors to understand that i was entitled to use the hayneedle points because i repurchased the bed. Many phone calls and aggravation later Gracie finally has her bed. The only reason i even gave it two stars was because the reps were all polite,,j
