My girls love this bed. We had ordered one for my youngest daughter to get her out of her toddler bed. She was having trouble sleeping and kept coming into our room at night. Since getting this bed, she and my oldest daughter have both slept in her bed every night. We decided to buy a second one for my eldest daughters room so they can take turns sleeping in each others room. The assembly was easy and in good condition when I received it. The directions are pretty simple and should not take a rocket scientist to figure them out. LOL Good luck and I would buy two more in the future!!!

I was extremely upset when I opened the boxes and found several pieces badly damaged. To date I have not received any word on when or if the replacement of these pieces will be sent to me. I have only been told you are looking into it and the bed is out of stock.
It is a shame as we really love the look and color of this bed. We have guests coming Sept 1st and we now have no place for them to sleep.
I want my money back!

I was surprised at the quality of this bed. All solid wood at a great price and easy to assemble. Hayneedle's customer service is unsurpassed as well. I am very happy with my purchase. My only complaint is the Shipping boxes were not strong. My bed arrived undamaged, however.

One piece had a chip in it but the company is sending out a replacement part. It is going to take a few weeks though because the bed is out of stock.

I thought it wasn't going to look good when I got the delivery, but it is very comfortable, really nice, and well structured. I love it.
