Overall we are happy with our purchase. The finish is not nearly as nice as our other furniture. Had I purchased this locally I would have inspected others to see if it is typical of the product.
As is stands, this is being used in a child's room and suits that purpose just fine.
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery of the bed was very fast and the shipping company was prompt and professional.
Our order was not delivered accurately, however. We ordered the bed and the trundle assembly and were charged for both. Hayneedle did not ship the trundle assembly and when we called to tell them they charged us AGAIN!!!! for the trundle. They said their system wouldn't let them ship it unless they charged us for it. EVEN THOUGH WE HAD ALREADY BEEN CHARGED FOR IT! They did issue a credit a day later, but I should never have been charged twice to cover their mistake.

I felt this bed was very good quality, second type of bed purchased, first trudle full bed purchased for other daughter. Great for sleepovers. My husband assembled it in less than an hour and our daughters absolutely love their trundle beds. They have sleep overs in eachother's rooms on the weekends, they love them so much.
