Daybed, Trundle (optional), Mattress(es) (optional)
Bedding
Unlike most daybeds, the Shiloh Daybed uses both wood and metal in the daybed frame. The result is a beguiling form. The daybed is constructed of four beautiful solid hardwood posts with rounded finials. Each post is connected by an elegant gate-like black metal design with vertical slats and scrolls. The traditional Shiloh Daybed is perfect for dens, bedrooms, and sitting areas. The frame uses a standard twin-size mattress. Link spring is 15 inches from the floor. Ships via common carrier.
A trundle is an extra mattress frame stored beneath a daybed, which slides out to provide additional sleeping space when needed. Daybeds.com's optional trundle packages include a metal, pop-up trundle. They can be left in the lowered position or elevated in the pop-up position to align with the primary daybed mattress. The pop-up feature allows the daybed to transform from a twin-size daybed into a king-size bed.
Creating a king-size bed out of a daybed and a pop-up trundle is easy, and with the Create-A-King mattress connector, it will be so comfortable you'll never know it comprises two twin mattresses. The Create-A-King mattress connector is available for purchase in the shopping cart.

Comments about Fashion Bed Group Shiloh Daybed:
I was worried this might be flimsy and wobbly, but it is absolutely not! My husband assembled it fairly quickly. He did have to shave a bit off of one of the supports to use the highest height setting for the bed. We wanted as much room as possible for a decent mattress on the trundle. Very attractive, quick to put together, and well-built.

Comments about Fashion Bed Group Shiloh Daybed:
We are thrilled with our daybed.[...].I LOVE the look of this bed. The wood posts give it a rich look and also add sturdiness. It doesn't squeak at all. The trundle arrives assembled (phew!) and it took my husband 2 hours from the time he began opening the boxes to the time he was sliding the trundle underneath the assembled bed.Overall, a great purchase. We needed sleeping spots for two guests but did not want a queen-sized bed in a smaller room. This is perfect, and quite comfortable!

Comments about Fashion Bed Group Shiloh Daybed:
This is the perfect daybed for a guest room. We bought the bed along with a pop up trundle to make extra room for visitors. The bed was simple to assemble; my 19 yr old son did it in less than an hour! It's beautiful and goes well with my Tuscan decor! I'm sure we will get a lot of use out of this product for years to come!
