The Fashion Bed Group Tivoli Daybed is proof that a truly elegant design does not have to mean compromised comfort. An elaborate metal frame boasts graceful scrolling curves balanced by the presence of periodic spiraled columns. The backrest peaks in a dramatic arch, which results in an inviting effect. Dark wood dramatically complements the pewter metal of this frame, which is featured in both flat square wire and twisted square wire, resulting in a bold stature. Four beautiful wooden posts are topped with spherical post caps to complete a classic look. The Tivoli is available in a pewter/walnut finish.
A trundle is an extra mattress frame stored beneath a daybed, which slides out to provide additional sleeping space when needed. Daybeds.com's optional trundle packages include a metal, pop-up trundle. They can be left in the lowered position or elevated in the pop-up position to align with the primary daybed mattress. The pop-up feature allows the daybed to transform from a twin-size daybed into a king-size bed.
Optional mattress is the Orthopedic Back Aid Mattress.This quality mattress features a Sta-rite quilted cotton/polyester pad and a patented Aerolife bonded cotton pad made with high-performance fibers that extend the life of the mattress. Rolled inner spring coils take the pressure off your back, while a Damask quilted layer on one side enhances your comfort. Twin size measures 75L x 39W x 7.5H inches. Carries a three-year manufacturer's warranty.
Creating a king-size bed out of a daybed and a pop-up trundle is easy, and with the Create-A-King mattress connector, it will be so comfortable you'll never know it comprises two twin mattresses. The Create-A-King mattress connector is available for purchase in the shopping cart.

I purchased this daybed for my guest room over 2 years ago. I couldn't be more happy with my choice. It's comfortable, stylist and my guests feel like they're staying at a five-star hotel. I got the trundle package so we have the choice of a king size or two twins, it's perfect! Advice for potential buyers: don't skimp on the mattresses and keep pillows/shams to a minimum to show off the detail of the bed. It's a beautiful addition to any home.
