I received this item in a timely fashion, however, due to health issues, I did not put it together right away. When my son-in-law tried to assemble it the other night, there were 2 "D" parts, instead of 1"c" and 1 "d" baseball (one right and one left, received 2 rights). Called this evening and the customer service rep. was extremely nice, but told me I was past the 30 days. She will try to contact the supplier to see if they can ship me the one C baseball. Nothing definite.
Hopefully, they will do the right thing. If not, first and last time ordering from them. I am slightly over the 30 day limit. Will see what happens.

It is really nice and came in a timely fashion, but the parts were not correct. Two of the same "baseballs" were given, so I had to contact them for replacement.

the knobs are great for holding my sons coats. but the baseball paint job on them looks like my 5 year old did it him self. you cant put normal size books on it.
