the packing tape was stuck to the face of the clock and does not come off. The clock was replaced once and the second clock was delivered in the same condition as the first clock. The butterfly was also cut wrong. one side doesn't match the other.

The second hand was crooked so I tried to straighten it out. It snapped with very little force. The paint work could be better. It does click every second so if you want a quiet clock, don't get this one. It does keep accurate time.

Bought as a Christmas gift for 5 year old's room, so don't know how it works, but it looks perfect. Arrived ready to hang (you need to insert AA battery). Made of wood, painted with pretty colors, just as pictured. Wish it had numbers all around, but she'll learn!
