Unfortunately the jewelry box was deffective,unlike the first one we ordered back in June which was absolutely perfect, and I got a refund for the second one.
HOWEVER!! I can't say enough about your WONDERFUL customer service in handling this!!!!!!!!!!!THEY WERE FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!Because of this I am now looking into purchasing a much more expensive recliner from Hayneedle.

This is really exactly as described. Nice quality. Even tho I received it with corner damaged Hayneedle responded promptly and returned my money. Then they promptly sent another. Thank you very much.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for 12 year old Granddaughter .Hope it will be a keepsake for her .

My granddaughter loves it ! The only negative is the necklace wheel which I thought was a little flimsy. But overall construction is good and design is lovely!

Got this for my 13 year old, and she loves it. She started filling it right away. Room for all her jewelry, and sturdy enough for her young spirit.
