The high-tech look of the silver Checkolite iHome Colortunes lamp highlights the high-tech functionality of its dual roles as a lamp and an iPod charging and playing station. The 3 watts of total output is enough to play and charge your iPod, and the base speakers even have a bass feature for even better sound. The shade and base of the lamp are made from durable silver plastic. The single 60-watt bulb (not included) is controlled by a simple turn knob and mounted on a gooseneck arm so you can direct light where you need it. The universal dock is compatible with 30GB, 60GB, nano, and mini iPod players.
