This product is very well made, screwed together, not stapled. Sturdy with solid wood construction. I originally bought it for my grand daughter to reach the bathroom sink; now I use it in the kitchen to reach high shelves. It's perfect for those extra few inches that I need (I'm under 5'.) I am sure this step stool will be in use for a great many years to come.

Smaller than expected
Be sure to read the product specs (I did not). This step stool is pretty small; only 11 inches tall. However, it does look nice and appears sturdy.

Comments about Little Colorado Tenderfoot Kids Wooden Step Stool:
It's a great solid little step but still light enough that my 2 1/2 yr old can carry it to the sink. The only thing that would make it better is if it was a few inches wider.

Comments about Little Colorado Tenderfoot Kids Wooden Step Stool:
What's great about this practical step stool is that it does not have the kind of paint smell. More bonuses are: durably assembled, gender-neutral, and many years of use.

I purchased this stool for my grandchildren to use when they visited. It is just what I was looking for!!! This stool is sturdy but light weight. The finish is excellent and there are no exposed screws because it came assembled.
