Very sturdy my husband 6'1 220 can sit comfortably with my two year old to put on shoes. We use it to store our daily bags, easy access. The top opens and closes slowly and easily. Very safe and sturdy. I would definetly recommend this for storage and seating. We have it in our entrance way fits perfectly.

We love this toy box, it looks breat in our little girls room. The bench is an added bonus to this toy box. Made from high quality wood, very sturdy. The hinge closes the lid very slowly so your kids fingers dont get caught.

Great toy box! I'm very happy with the quality and durability. It holds more toys than I expected. The hinge holds the lid open very well, I was concerned about it closing quickly with little pressure. The lid is not too heavy so my 16 month old can open it on his own. At the same time it is wood and I have no doubts will hold up to much use for many years to come.
