The picture is alittle misleading. I thought it would be stationary and revolve like a lazy-susan, but that was not the case when my husband put it together. It has 4 wheels that roll on the floor. Other than that minor issue, it is a great unit for books and the shelves are great for games, crayons or toy storage. I would recommend this to any household that have multiple children.
