My 3yr old daughter was super excited to see we got her a bookshelf. Her books were a mess and all over the floor all the time because they were originally in a large basket. I chose this one because it had a total enclosed back and was a tad bigger then another option I was considering. My daughter loves reading and has a ton of books. This bookshelf was just the right fit to complete her little reading nook in the corner of her room next to her saucer chair. Most importantly, she loves it.

The overall construction is ok, but the screws don't fit well in the available bolts and when trying to put together, the bolts spun in their casing and ripped the wood up. Had to cut one of the screws off and have my engineer father find another way to build
