This dresser arrived with every single drawer front broken off and the back panel detached. The color was also much darker than it appeared, it was a dark cinammon not natural. We are very disappointed.

We tried three times to order this item, which matched our son's bed. The first two times the packing on the product was so badly damaged during moving/shipping the item that there was a huge hole in the top and the top of the unit was badly damaged. I called Hayneedle (every time their customer service was very apologetic and helpful) and we agreed to try for a final time, and they even dropped the price for us and made a note to add extra packaging to protect the product.
Unfortunately, even though the packaging was still pretty beaten up and the product had escaped the damage of the two previous attempts, when we unboxed this item it was also in pretty bad shape. The back of the unit looked flimsy and cheap and was hanging off, and the front of the bottom drawer wasn't even stapled to the rest of the drawer unit, it was just hanging loose! Needless to say we returned it and bought from another supplier. Very disappointed.

I sent it back! Staples came out of the back and it fell off. Panels were misaligned. Staples were showing where the sides connected to the top. Lots of imperfections.

The dresser came already assembled. It matches perfectly with the bunk beds that we purchased. My son loves it!!

Real wood. Nicks and dents can be stained when the kids bang it up. Just adds character.
