When contacting Hayneedle, two representatives assisted me with the return and no one offered any type of incentive or discount to re-order. I cancelled!! 3x to receive something that was to be a gift is very disappointing. This was my 1st order from Hayneedle and my last! Very poor quality, inspection of product and poor customer service.

Pink wasn't my favorite color but my 6-year-old daughter loves it! I love the desk though, suuuper easy to put together and the best price around! Shipping was fast, I am absolutely happy with this purchase!!

WE GAVE THIS ITEM TO OUR GRANDAUGHTER FOR HER 7TH bIRTHDAY. eVERYTHING WAS JUST AS THE PRODUCT DESC RIPTION SPECIFIED, EXCEPT IT TOOK A LITTLE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES TO PUT TOGETHER. wHILE IT'S TRUE IT DID NOT REQUIRE ANY TOOLS, FITTING THE PIECES TOGETHER WAS LIKE A PUZZLE. pROBABLY TOOK MORE LIKE AN HOUR. tHE INSTRUCTIONS WERE HELPFUL. sHE LOVES THE FINISHED PRODUCT.
