We ordered the same desk in a different color for our daughter & that desk is awesome-we had absolutely no trouble w/it. This desk however, was packaged differently then the other desk. The desk top was damaged & smashed @ the end and the chair parts were dirty & rubbed-almost like this was loose pieces put together for an order. We have reordered another desk & hopefully that one will be packaged appropriately. Costumer service was extremely helpful & added some special handling notes to the 2nd desk sent. We shall see.

We had to reorder this desk since the first was damaged. Customer service was extremely helpful & had useful comments about packaging and how to exchange pieces. He added a note to the 2nd desk order to reinspect all pieces prior to shipping.
