Delivery service was friendly. Driver was over an hour past the 4 hour window, and I was rushing out the door to pick up my daughter. When we arrived home and unwrapped the desk, it was cracked in two places, one hinge was ripped out and the metal pieces holding doors closed were bent. We'll see if Hayneedle can make good on what was a VERY EXPENSIVE desk for a child's room and we were hoping would be very high quality.

We need to get away from the computer desk because teenagers now are into laptops. The middle keyboard area needs to be a real drawer.
Can't find a white desk w/o a keyboard drawer.
So we are unhappy about this but are dealing with it and putting baskets that don't slide in this area for storage.
