I bought this dresser for my daughter's room and the customer service and shipping were all great.
However, the dresser's quality is not as good as I expected. I owned many different furniture from Simmons Kids and always thought the company is reliable. This time I am so disappointed. The drawers, the board underneath (wherever you can not see from outside) are all not finished (touch very roughly). The most bad thing about it is the dresser has an awful smell which has not gone away for a few days after I opened the package. Now I can even smell it from my daughter's clothes.
I really want to return this product if it is possible. But I am not sure what are my options since the original package has been broken in order to get the dresser out. :(
