I wrote this for the white version, so I can't comment on the color, but… I love the Casey daybed. In white it makes a perfect little girl's bed. So far the only changes I've made are to the comforters. But now that she's getting older I've been looking for a desk for her to do homework at. The challenge has been finding something as versatile as the daybed. Up until now, I've come up empty. But this extension to the line is amazing. I decorated it like a vanity with a mirror, but it gets dual purpose as a desk with the hidden keyboard. Honestly I'm a bit jealous that it's not in my room. I can't decide if it would be strange to get the black one for me. But enough about my challenges. This is a great vanity/desk. I'd recommend it to anyone.
