This table was a big disappointment. I ordered it with the woodscape chairs (which are great) because it was a bit larger than the woodscape table that comes in a set with the chairs. The table is very cheap looking. Can not believe that it was manufactured by the same company that makes the woodscape collection. I don't like the item, [...] I regret purchasing it.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt and product arrived in ok condition.
The customer service was very disappointing. Offered no assistance in helping with the return. I tried to get the woodscape table to match the chairs that I bought, but they sell it only as a set. When I asked to have only the table send out, they informed me that they were not able to do it. Instead they wanted me to return the chairs, pay for the shipping and then purchase the set (which would be shipped as two separate items - the 2 chairs i just returned and table). There was no reasoning with them and trying to explain that I loved the chairs and why would I have to return them if I will get the same exact item.
Overall, the experience with this company was very frustrating. I will not do business with them again!
