Battery-powered riding toy, battery, charger
From the stroller to this - Peg-Perego John Deere Gator XUV - a high-powered, four-wheeling, independent-suspension monster riding toy. Your child and a companion are about to get some serious work done, whether pretend or for real. Thrilling speeds range from 2 to 5 miles per hour. And with a reverse gear, you won't be following them around to turn it every time the truck bumps a fence. The accelerator pedal features a simple mechanism that smoothes the ride and maximizes battery efficiency. Add to it adjustable seats and windshield, built-in cup holders and a real working bed with tailgate, and your kids have got a toy they can really put to use. Take note, though this battery operated vehicle can run up to 5 MPH, an easy to use high-speed lockout lets you set the pace.
About Peg Perego
After the birth of his infant son in 1949, Giuseppe Perego was unhappy with the minimal selection of juvenile products and decided to design his own baby carriage. His wife added beautiful, functional fabrics, and the overall aesthetics caught the attention of other parents in the Peregos' small Italian neighborhood. They were inundated with requests by neighbors for carriages of their own, and Peg Perego was born. Before long, the company was introducing high chairs, strollers, and other juvenile products. With each new product, the family commitment to quality continued. Always thinking forward, Peg Perego has never rested on past products or designs; it continues to stay current with parents' changing needs and new research that highlights the health and safety of infants and juveniles.

Comments about Peg-Perego John Deere Gator XUV:
My daughter loves this ride on toy - she's 3.5 and is still learning how to use it. The only con I have is it is it is hard to store if you don't have a garage -- it takes up most of my shed - and you can't leave it in the rain, so dragging it in and out after every use is a bit tedious.

Comments about Peg-Perego John Deere Gator XUV:
We have had this for 2 years now and not only have my 2 boys played with this almost every day, all of the kids on our street love to play with this! It has held up extremely well, it gets a LOT of abuse, works well in the grass and on the driveway. Kids from ages 2 - 8 have really loved this toy! I agree with other comments that the leg room isn't great for older kids, but they could care less and still ride it until the battery goes (which takes awhile). Leg room matters if you are an adult or driving on a long trip, if you are a kid...not so much! We have an adult Gator too and the kids love following us around on theirs.

Comments about Peg-Perego John Deere Gator XUV:
This is my 3.5 year old son's second JD tractor, and it's a hit! The only drawback is there's not ample leg room for tall children. His knees already hit the 'dashboard' and he's roughly 45 inches.. I suspect he'll outgrow this by the time he's 5.
