Great dollhouse for a boy! All the pieces seem to be durable, and will hopefully last a long time. Only criticism: The firefighters are not bendable - so you can't get them to sit in the chairs that come with the playset.

I ordered this for my grandchildren. They and their parents loved it. It has a fireman pole which isn't visible in the picture or mentioned in the description, which happened to be very important to my grandson! the vehicles are cute and the furniture is fun to play with. My son put it together and he said it was reasonably easy.
