1 Globe, 1 Globe stand
This handsome globe depicts political boundaries and physical characteristics using raised relief. The 12 inch blue ocean globe displays extensive topographical data and rests in a full swing meridian and base that are a champagne toned metal. The contrast of the green and tan continents against the dark blue ocean is truly striking. Cram globes are completely up-to-date, tested for durability, and designed for classroom use.
The George F. Cram Company story dates back to 1867, when George Cram, only two years after fighting for the Union in the Civil War, joined his uncle's business of making city and state maps. In 1869 Cram became the first American publisher to produce a world atlas. The Cram name quickly became synonymous with accuracy and innovation. In 1932, the company expanded into manufacturing world globes. Today, the Cram company is considered one of the top leaders in the world globe industry and its globes are present in thousands of schools, homes, and offices around the world.

Comments about Cram Taylor 12-Inch Diameter Tabletop Globe:
Got this as a gift for my mom and she really likes the style of it. Very good value. Colors are striking and the design is contemporary and goes with many decors.
The only thing that could be improved I think is that the topography is fairly flat to the touch.

Comments about Cram Taylor 12-Inch Diameter Tabletop Globe:
I bought this as a Christmas present for my father-in-law. He is not a world-traveler but her wanted to see some of the places he's been. As far as the actual map goes, I think it was great. Nice color, detailed. I was a little disappointed in the base of the map. I would have liked to see something a little richer-looking than cold metal.
