My two kids (aged 3 1/2 and almost 2) love their new kitchen. Perfect size for two kids to play together without taking up too much room in the playroom. Product looks great once assembled and appears to be very sturdy. Time consuming to put together, but all the pieces are labeled with stickers, so it is not difficult. Not all of the pre-drilled holes were correctly made. The shelf that makes the base of the microwave was drilled incorrectly on one side, so I had to figure out which side was the incorrect height and then drill my own holes. Luckily the side that needed to be re-drilled was in a hidden portion, so no one will ever see it. Other than that and some minor imperfections to the finish of the espresso pieces, the product is great.
Service and delivery comments:
Package arrived sooner than expected. Box was in mostly good shape. There were some areas the finish was smudged or chipped off, but were minor and fortunately the pieces affected were able to be placed so they did not show. Chose to not call Customer Service as my children will likely do more damage than that once they start playing with it.
