I purchased this kitchen as a gift for my 2 year old little girl. I love it! It is even cuter in person. It looks almost exactly like mommy and daddy's kitchen so it stays in our dining room because it blends so well. It is a larger kitchen and my older children usually play with my little one with it. My 2 year old likes to actually eat snacks at the bar area. My husband did say it was a difficult and lenghty process to assemble the product but well worth it. It isn't flimsy like most plastic kitchens, it is wood and very nicely constructed. This kitchen is well loved by our entire family and everyone that visits us is in awe over the little play kitchen, several visitors we have had are in the process of hunting one down for their own children (they are sold out everywhere it seems).
The only issue we had was that like other stated, the plexiglass was broken and the door (the one with the circle plexiglass) was cracked. However, it is being replaced with no hassle.

Ordered this for xmas. Many, many parts. Takes two to assemble. Design is adorable, it's the only model with a snack bar and stools! The kids love to play coffee shop.
The design is lacking shelving for the refrigerator, D.W. and oven. I'm looking for something that will fit space. When unpacking box, found both plastic "Windows" CRACKED in the doors. Teamson has promised replacement pieces in 7-10 days.
Would change to 5 stars if they arrive promptly and intact.

We received the box and it contained several damaged pieces. The "B" bag of hardware was missing, the microwave door was damaged, and the clock decal was not on correctly. I want a replacement microwave door and replacement decal. Luckily my husband had "B" screws. It was not the easiest assembly so be prepared to be busy for hours and hours. Also the picture of the product is not espresso in color it is more cherry. Also the sticker on the front of the fridge was missing.

This is the cutest play kitchen I have ever seen. It's for my grandson who loves to be part of the action when I'm cooking for the family. He's all boy so I had to find a product that looked manly. The product is sturdy and looks exactly like the photo. The bar and stools on the back side are adorable. It arrived right on time, but we were missing one part and the plexiglass in one of the doors was broken.
I called customer support and they were wonderful. I spoke to Carrie first and she said she would order the replacement parts and try to get them to us by Christmas.. The next day Carrie wasn't in and I spoke to Matt. He said they didn't have the parts, but he went the extra mile by calling the manufacturer and had them sent directly to us. Great customer service, great product.
