Create the ultimate playhouse experience for your children with the Little Cottage 4x6 Wood Victorian Playhouse. This easy-to-assemble house is uniquely designed for fun, imaginative play, with a beautiful blend of real-life features like working Plexiglass windows, two flowerboxes, and window shutters. Sized at approximately 6W x 4D x 6H feet, this playhouse will grow with your child and will be a memorable part of childhood.
The Victorian-inspired design of this cottage appears in every detail, from the painted heart-shaped Plexiglass window in front, to the gingerbread trim, Dutch doors, and traditional spindle deck (optional). The house includes two working windows, complete with safety glass and screens, each measuring 12 x 18 inches. A child's Dutch door opens on the front of the house and measures 16W x 35H inches; an adult Dutch door on the side measures 16W x 47H inches. White aluminum trim for the outside corners is included, and all trim and siding is pre-primed and ready for you to paint whatever color you choose.

Your playhouse arrives complete with wood wall and truss framing, high-quality siding and trim pre-fastened to wall panels, and pre-cut, paneled sections. Hardware is also included.

Shingles, dripedge (roof edging), and paint are not included but are available at any local hardware store. If you choose the configuration that includes the deck, you will also have to supply three 4 x 4-foot posts for under-floor support.
