I bought this for my two year-old granddaughter, and she loves it. The tent is pretty easy to assemble. It is being used indoors, but it can go outdoors. The floor material is a little thin, so be careful outside. We put a sheet or blanket underneath to protect the bottom and to keep it clean. A grown-up can also sit inside. We loved the bright colors also, not too "girly." If your child is a rough-houser, this may not be the tent for you as it is very lightweight. We love how it packs into such a small bundle, making storage and transporting so easy.
