My daughter loves this house and spends hours a day playing inside it. And when other kids come over, you can't get them out of it. It has lots of windows and two doors, more so than you would think to look at the picture. But it completely takes over our living room. I suggest you check the dimensions before purchasing, you might need to get an extension on your house to make room for this "indoor" playhouse.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
