This playhouse is very large and lots of fun for my 2 year old twins. The cardboard is not very sturdy; however, and started to tear in different places after a few hours of use(especially near the doors of the house). If you have more than one child playing in the house, the house may not last for very long. [...] I probably would have returned this item for something a bit smaller (it takes up a lot of room when set up) and sturdier.

It will be great for a while to come as he gets older and can really become creative. As for now, he has put all his kitchen utensils in the house and he has fun playing with the windows and doors. The only draw back is that the cardboard under the doorway is a little fragile and needed to be taped to the floor.

My girls love it. Ages 4&6. The play pretend with it at least 45 minutes a day. It wears down a bit after 3months or so. Worth the money, though.

It is a fun playhouse and the thing is huge. It's the bathouse, yes bat house and my son loves it. Doors are a bit flimsy but it's just cardboard so for 35 I am fine with it. Good product

This is a beautiful playhouse and provides hours of fun. It was easy to assemble, except for the top part and the directions for that part wasn't easy to follow. So we ended up taping the top since the flaps wouldn't hold together. It was fixed in minutes and we ended up helping our son coloring it with the provided markers. It was a great bonding time.
