Very cute rocking horse for 18 month old obsessed with horses. I bought this particular one because it looked like a horse (wasn't pink for example) and I was happy to hear my daughter say "horse" as soon as she saw it. Its a great size for an 18 month old (not too high off the ground) and the noises it makes keep her interested. Left off one star only because the quality is not superb - great value (which is exactly what I was looking for) but this isn't the rocking horse I had as a kid which got passed along for a couple generations.

I bought this for my 1 1/2 yr old grandson for Xmas. He was a little timid at first, but then after a very short while, he got the hang of it and now gets on it all the time and loves it. It is made well, the one ear if pressed gives a galloping sound & the other ear has an cowboy singing a short yea ha type sound which is fun. Made very sturdy and is cute when the tail wags. I very much recommend this - the 3 yr old loves it too!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
