This rocker is adorable. But it arrived upside down in a large box with no protective wrap or bubble wrap or stuffing of any kind. Her head was smashed down and misshapen. Luckily she survived after I carefully reshaped her. Her reigns were hooked up wrong and twisted. I figured out that she attached to rocker base with 4 screws. Easy, thank heavens, as I found the screws but there was absolutely no directions of any kind inclosed. She was all set to go, batteries installed, and after a beauty session she worked fine and my little great niece was thrilled at Xmas ! So, 5 stars for the horse, but grade F for packing and shipping.

I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER AND SHE JUST LOVED IT. SHE IS ONLY ONE YEARS OLD. SHE WILL BE PLAYING ON THIS ROCKING HORSE FOR A FEW YEARS. IT IS HER FAVORITE TOY. THE SONGS ARE SUNG BY A GIRL, SO CUTE. IVE SEEN OTHER HORSES FOR GIRLS AND BOYS SING THE SONGS.
