About Hoohobbers
Based in Chicago, Hoohobbers has designed and manufactured its own line of products since 1981, beginning with the now-classic junior director's chair. Hoohobbers makes both hard goods (furniture) and soft goods. Hoohobbers' hard goods are not your typical furniture products; they fold, are lightweight and portable, and are made to be carried by children all around the house. Even outdoors, Hoohobbers' hard goods are 100 percent water-safe. At the same time, they are plenty durable and can take the abuse children often give. Hoohobbers' soft goods are fabric items ranging from bibs to bedding, from art smocks to Moses baskets.
Hoohobbers' products are recognized by independent third parties for their quality and performance. Hoohobbers has received Best Design Awards from America's Juvenile Products Association, each time selected from more than 20,000 products. Hoohobbers has also received the Parents' Choice Award, and no Hoohobbers product has ever been subject to consumer recall. Furthermore, the company's products are often featured in leading women's and children's publications.

We gave this chair to our 23 month old grandson when he became a big brother. He was so proud to sit in it himself! The look on his face was priceless! We call it his "big brother chair"!

I purchased this chair for my daughter 23 years ago which she used for about 3 years. The chair was a great investment then, so I decided to purchase another one for my grandson. The quality hasn't changed over the years. I'm a very satisfied customer, again!

This product is good quality but I wanted to embroider my grandsons name & couldn't get it onto my industrial embroidery machine (the fabric didn't come off the frame like the sales person had told me it would). It is also pretty small for a toddler, more suited for under 2 years for the size, so I question why it's called Jr. Directors Chair.

My granddaughter loves her own little chair at our house when she visits. I am planning to purchase another in the primary colors for my grandson!
It is so compact and lightweight to carry around amd I think it is a great product.
