Padded generously with polyester fiber fill and polyurethane foam padding, Kidz World recliners meet all CAL foam, CPSIA standards and lead tests, and they are CARB compliant. As a safety feature on the reclining mechanism, a child cannot recline the chair back until the footrest is pulled out from the bottom. Recommended ages: 18 months - 3 years.
