We have purchased a different rocker for each grandchild. This rocker was given to our granddaughter who is 2 1/2. She enjoys sitting in it and loves to look at books while she rocks. The painted design was much nicer than we expected. We definately recommend this rocker as it was the nicest so far and a great value.

When I realized that my 2 year old granddaughter has no place to sit in the house where she could just sit without climbing, I started shopping for a chair just her size. I love the size and look of the rocking chair that I bought for her. My 11 year old grandson put it together for his sister, so assembly was easy. But, when she sat on it she said, "Hurt." and won't sit on it again. The seat slats (the seat is pre-assembled) are too far apart at the end and not as curved as they look in the picture - and hurt her legs. I thought it would be an heirloom, but now it's just a decoration - unless I can find a child-sized chair pad for the seat.

The first chair we received was missing some bolts. So we called to see if we could have more bolts sent to us. Instead, very quickly, you credited us for that chair and shipped us another one.

Since the chair is to be a Christmas present for our foster grandchild I can't tell you about performance. I can tell you that it really is beautiful. Without even putting it together I took a picture of the top back rail with my phone and sent it to our daughter. Her response was OH, Mom it is beautiful!! Also in the picture you cannot see that there are faint vines and leaves on the seat. Delivery was quick and free, which is great.
