This chair is handcrafted using swelled joint construction, a technique borrowed from Shaker design that uses NO GLUE. No shortcuts are taken in the craftsmanship of this rocking chair -- it's designed to offer you a lifetime of enjoyment.
No returns on personalized items except in the case of damages. Upon receipt of your rocking chair please inspect the box and the chair for damage and notify us immediately.
Manufacturer Care Instructions:
Yearly maintenance of your rocking chair will help keep its finish looking new. Whether outdoor or indoor, keep your rocking chair cleaned and polished with a high quality furniture polish to extend the life of the finish. Should your rocking chair get wet, please be sure to dry it as soon as possible. If used outdoors, the finish on a wood product will eventually begin to deteriorate. To restore its beauty, we recommend a light hand sanding and cleaning followed by application of a quality finish material as directed by your local paint store.

My children were given a chair for their first birthday which we still have. So we wanted our granddaughter to have the same experience. Found this chair with a web search and even though buying something sight unseen is a little scary --- am in love with the product! The quality, workmanship, appearance and usability is great. We chose the natural chair and it looks great. We didn't use the personalization as the idea of stickers on such a quality piece of furniture didn't match. We have our newest heirloom!

Very disappointed to see simple stickers used for the personalization. We had purchased 2 privious rockers from another company and the names were etched into the wood and painted. We thought we were getting the same quality. It was not indicated in the discription that the name was only a sticker. The chair is very small for a toddler rocker. It is sturdy, but screwed together without counter-sinking the screws, so they are a bit unsightly.

I had bought a personalized Elizabeth Rocking Chair for my oldest granddaughter - I thought I was buying the same for my second granddaughter but I ordered a BABY Elizabehth Rocking Chair in error - Still very cute and sturdy but wish I would have noticed the size difference. My suggestion is to check for size when ordering

I really like the rocking chair I got for my granddaughter. I hope she will like it. However, I was not impressed with the color. I ordered red but it turned out to be more purplish instead of red. I was really hoping for a bright red that was shown when I ordered it.
