My husband was against me buying this table and chair set citing that our girls wouldn't use it and they would grow out of it too quickly. On the contrary, they love sitting at their own table, eating every meal, coloring, reading, playing w/play-doh, etc... And when their friends come over, there's a seat for everyone! The table and chairs are at a good height, so my 4 yr. old can still use it for a good couple of years. I love the way this furniture looks and feels--it's sturdy, very well made and doesn't look like some flimsy, plastic toy. All in all, this was a great investment! And now even my husband likes it! :)

My 18mos old son managed to break a front leg off the product the first week. The product looks great, but I am worried about the longevity of this product. I would have bought the cheaper one if I would have known this. It appeared to be sturdy and took time to put together; we thought the construction was great, but the material is poor.

None of the chairs were cut properly so we were unable to put them together. Bolts weren't threaded so they were nearly impossible to use. We will have to send it back and I am not sure I will want them to send another because I am not sure it would be right either. It looks like quality furniture and I think I would be happy with it if it had been cut correctly and there was a possibility of actually putting it together.

I have had our kids sitting on this set and ADULT relatives in excess of 300lbs per person, and the set holds up. This was by FAR the BEST investment of our family. We use this for homework and for FAMILY game time, so pleased with the quality and the value, wished we could gift it to everyone we know~

This FANTASTIC set is used for my son (7 years old) to do his homework at, and all the kids do artwork, playdoh, board games at this set. In addition, ADULTS can sit in these chairs, they are THAT sturdy. We play family board games using this table and chairs, with NO problems. Would recommend to all. My ONLY regret - Wish I had bought it YEARS ago!
