This table is being used in an psychologist's office for testing his younger clients. The table is sturdy, well designed and made. The assembly was easy and the packaging of the hardware makes it possible to see that all pieces are included at a glance.

This is the perfect desk for a child age 3+. We bought it as a desk for our 5 year old, but when she outgrows it in a few years, our younger children can use it as a play table because it is also perfect as a communal table if you add extra chairs. And the customizable mix/match chair colors is so hard to find, if not impossible! My daughter has black furniture with pink accents, and this combination of desk/chair literally worked perfectly with her decor. I am thrilled!

I searched for months for a table suitable in height for my 5yo daughter, but found most of them to be too small, too big or with no room to grow. The Avalon line by KidKraft is the perfect fit for kindergarten through elementary school kids ranging in ages from 4-7. My daughter doesn't have to slouch over to eat or draw at the table like she did with other "pre-school" tables, and the Avalon furniture is so solid the chairs support my 10 and 12 year old boys who will play games with their little sister at "her table". The table and chairs are easy to assemble, easy to clean and large enough to share with 3-5 other kids. The table is long enough to accommodate two Avalon chairs side-by-side closely on each side. I loved the set so much I bought another set for our den. I intend to keep this table set for years and I highly recommend the quality for the price.
