I have to say I bought this table and chairs for my sons over 30 years ago and wraped it up and just took it down out of the actic to use at my home for my granddaughter. She loved it so, I went online and found it at Childrens Tables and Chairs, in white. It is just as good as the one I have, they both are the same tables, very durable and easy to put together. The chairs and the table are very well built and will last as long as the one that I have had all these years. I would recommend it to everyone. HOurs of fun for my granddaughter now at her home and mine.

I am writing this review for my wife. I was given the task to assemble the table & two chairs. Unpacked the table and assembled without any problems. Both chairs needed repairs. The dowels on the legs were separated. The glue did not hold. The staple that is installed to hold the dowel to the leg missed the dowel. I repaired them by using carpenters glue and reassembed the parts. That problem was on both chairs on the same side. I suspect you have a QC problem. The second problem was one of the holes was not drilled deep enough for the cross nut to meet the bolt. I had to drill another 1/8" deeped in that hole. Most people would have rejected this product and had it sent back. I took about an hour to rectify the problems. I am sure that I am not the only one that has had this problem.

This table is easy to assemble and nice looking when it arrived. However, I am not happy with the table and now am looking for another one. I have had it for about two years now. I was never happy with the chairs because they tip so easily, and should have thought to return it immediately. Another problem is that it chips so easily. Ours looks terrible now.

I was looking for a lovely, simple , classic looking little table and chairs for my grand-dtr....it was perfect. I bought 2 sets.... today I'm bringing the 2nd set to her house......we can have tea !
