The chair was very nice but I was not pleased with the order process. My chair was supposed to be personalized and it came without personalization. I had to buy the chair a second time to receive it in time for the event (the chair was a gift).

Ordered this chair with my grandsons name. Paid top dollars and when the chair arrived it did not have his name on it. This was a gift for his 1st birthday and am very disappointed that his name was not on it. I sent an e-mail to the company and still waiting to hear back.
