The Stamina InTONE Jogger with padded handlebar is a fun way to get a low-impact aerobic workout at home. You will build cardiovascular fitness and tone your legs, abs, buttocks, and back. Regular exercise on this jogger will give you more energy, increase your metabolism, and help you feel, look, and be fit. This is a safe yet effective workout that's easy to stick with, so you will see the results in as little as a few weeks when you exercise at least three times a week.

The handlebar adds stability and puts you in control of your workout intensity. For a more intense workout, you can release the handlebar and add a little bounce; for less intensity, use the handlebar to control your bounce. The rubber-tipped legs add stability and ensure that your flooring won't be marred.

Because it's affordable, compact, and fun, the InTONE Jogger workout is a great way to add variety to a boring or high-impact aerobic routine, or to give you an ultra-effective, indoor or outdoor aerobic workout.

Choreographed and instructed by world champion fitness competitor and personal trainer Mia Finnegan, the included 15-minute DVD-guided workout begins with stretching, works up to jogging, then finishes with a cool down. Both beginner and advanced versions are demonstrated. Work within your target heart rate zone for best results.

The InTONE Jogger takes up a small amount of space and, with its detachable handlebar, it is easy to store out of the way when it's not in use. Work out with the InTONE Jogger three, four, or five days a week depending on your fitness goals and you'll have a healthy heart and toned body.
